Emergent Graphics terms & conditions.
Here are just a few points on working procedures. We do not have any
tricks, hidden procedures or nasty surprises, but there are a few points
that you need to know.
Please read these terms and conditions, especially about payment as
there is a high rate of non payment from some customers.
Jobs will not be started unless you read and agree to these terms, but
if you do have any questions feel free contact us and we will gladly
help you or go over any points.

1. A 10%
deposit is required to begin a job and the total amount payable
is due upon completion (C.O.D.). The normal 7 days is no longer
applicable to new customers as this system has been over abused.
2. Clients are charged actual postage cost and no profit is made
from this.
3. Emergent Graphics accepts no responsibility for errors on print
runs after a client has signed the proof or sent approval via email.
We check everything but it is up to the client to check text carefully
containing personal details like last names, phone numbers, addresses
etc
4. Print colour may vary slighty, especially in full colour print
runs. This usually happens when printing on different paper stock,
for example a business card compared to a letterhead. It is also
a good idea to get all your printing done at the same time, not
only is it more economical but colour can be controlled more efficiently
this way.
5. Emergent Graphics will not be held liable for any jobs that are
delayed, an accurate estimate is done at the time of printing (and
we endeavour to get everything out on time) but cannot be held accountable
for things out of our control in rare situations.
6. Trimming may vary up to one millimetre in extreme cases.
7. Should your account exceed our trading terms the Sheriff WILL
be contacted. This extra service will be paid unto by the customer
involved. Unless other arrangements have been agreed to by us.
8. File correction / conversion is $50.00 per hour.
9. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. |
